As Christians, we are to imitate Christ and ensue His important and directions for our lives. It's never too early to teach our minuscule ones to ensue God and here is a fun Christian preschool performance based on James 1:22 which says: "Do not merely listen to the Word and so deceive yourselves, but do what it says." I'm so glad you followed my directions. God loves it when you allow His directions too. We can't just listen to God. We also have to do what He says. That's what our Bible verse says. James 1:22 says this: "Do not merely listen to the Word and so deceive yourselves, but do what it says." (Point to your Scripture board as you say the verse. In fact, I all the time break my verses up into small sections and then have the children repeat after me.) Now let's play a fun game to help us learn this Bible verse and learn to ensue directions. Explain to the children the symbolism of this preschool christian Easter crafts:
The bow of the ribbon, reminds us of Jesus "free" gift of salvation. The red cross symbolizes the blood that was shed for our sins, so that we are completely washed clean and are forgiven. The seed that is put under the ground, symbolizes that Jesus died and was buried, but as they see the plant grow and come out of the ground, they will be reminded of the new life that they have received. Allow the children to scratch with the pencil and make other patterns and shapes nearby the name Jesus. Preschool Christian Easter Crafts 3 - The Tomb Craft

One Paper plate per child
Paint brush
Brown and Black Paint
Newspaper
Brown paper bag
Pair of scissors
Glue
Greeting cards with angles on them / template of an angle

Directions:
Prepare the area for this preschool christian Easter crafts, by surface the tables in newspaper. Cut the paper plate in half, right down the middle. Paint the one half of the paper plate brown and the other black. Cut a rounded doorway in the middle of the front paper plate (brown one) using a pair or of scissors.

Cut out an angle from a greeting card or a template. Stick the angle onto the lowest middle of the black paper plate. I.e. You should be able to see the angle straight through the doorway that was cut out from the other paper plate. Now carefully stick the two halves together, with the brown side in the front and the black side at the back. So that the angle is seen straight through the doorway. It should stand on the flat middle part of the plate, with the curved side on top.

Take the brown paper bag and scrunch it up tightly into a ball. Use tape to keep the ball in place. This will act as the stone. Place the "stone" before the doorway and have the children roll it away from the door of the cave.

Explain that Jesus body was no longer dead, He has risen and the angel of the Lord is there to tell all the population that Jesus is alive. Also remember to expound to the petite ones that the Easter egg is a representation of the stone that was rolled away. Enjoy these preschool christian Easter crafts.

Praying the Lord's Prayer: A Fun Christian Preschool performance

I precisely hope you love to pray. I'm sure that God hangs on your every word as the Lover of your soul. Our petite ones can begin to love prayer and introducing them to the favorite Lord's Prayer is a exquisite place to start. Here is a fun and creative way to help your preschoolers learn this prayer of Jesus. I call it "Praying the Lord's Prayer".

Here's what you do:
This activity precisely doesn't need any preparation. The only thing you, the teacher, needs to do is convention delivering the following story along with its actions.

Kindergarten Homeschool Curriculum

Here's the story:
I can pray to God anytime I like. I can pray to God in any place I go. Praying to God is just talking to God. So let's talk to God right now. We are going to pretend we are on an adventure going here and there. I will start praying "Our Father who art in Heaven" while jumping over this river. (Pretend you see a river and "jump" over it.) Now I stretch my hands up high to the sky and say, "Hallowed be Thy name." (Stretch your hands up high over your head.) Look! There's a tall tree up ahead. (Point to "the tree".) I love climbing trees! Here we go! As I wrap my hands nearby the trunk ("wrap" your hands nearby the "trunk" and pretend to climb while the following lines.) I say, "Thy kingdom come." I'm going to go a petite higher and say, "Thy will be done". Let's climb a petite higher and say, "on earth as it is in Heaven."

Look! We're up so high it feels like we can touch Heaven. (Reach one hand way up.) Whoa! I'm feeling a petite dizzy. (Act like you're dizzy.) We better climb down out of this tree fast. (Quickly "climb down the tree".) I'm feeling kind of hungry. Look, there's a picnic basket! (Point to the "picnic basket".) Let's see what's inside and I will pray, "Give us this day our daily bread". Oooh! Yummy chicken. (Pretend to eat a chicken leg.) And cold milk. (Pretend to drink the milk.) Oh, dear! I'm feeling a petite sleepy. (Give a pretend yawn.) I'm going to lay down and as I do I will pray, "forgive us our debts or sins...(Yawn again.)...as we forgive our debtors or those who sinned against us." Ok. That's sufficient of a nap, (Sit up or stand up from your "nap".)

We need to get back to our adventure. Look! I see a cave up ahead. As we quietly trek, toward the cave I will pray, "lead us not into temptation". (Pretend to trek, to the "cave".) Shhh! I think I hear some snoring. (Put your hand to your ear.) I'm going to pray, "deliver us from evil". The snoring is getting louder (look scared) and louder and louder. I wonder who is inside. Let's peek inside. (Lean over as peeking inside.) Oh no! It's a bear! (Scream, "Ahhh!") As we run away, I will pray, "For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever". Ah! We're safe! We are back home and I will end my prayer with, "Amen!"

Before playing this Christian preschool activity, you might want to introduce the chapter in the following way:
Boys and girls, when we pray we are talking to God. God loves it when you talk or pray to Him. You can talk to God about anyone you want. You can tell Him when you are happy. You can tell Him when you are sad. You can ask Him for things you would like to have or for things you need. You can ask Him to help your friends. There are so many things that you can pray about. Jesus loved to pray to God, His Father. Let's play a game to help us learn one of the prayers that Jesus prayed. It's called "The Lord's Prayer". Here we go!
